Now, I am about to make EVERYTHING make sense, so that by the time I am done, these very "complex" equations will not only be put in their proper place: that is, mainly the museum as curios, like the flint arrowheads, and...THAT:
So that whoever comes after, mmm, a few months and opens a NEW math textbook will see these equations as delusions of a forgotten era.
This was a curious era anyway:- one goes around with a lot of metal, sweating and be-knighted, creaking joints and all the nonsense of thick leather padding...well, one just pours boiling oil on the poor sucker, and soon one is well done... or maybe a little rare, and well, toast!
Ah, well, that is civilisation for you. I was actually just devising a REAL method of determining the trajectory of, say, a missile, and thought, "Oh, what the heck, nobody pays attention anyway!"
Why bother with a countdown, and all THAT DRAMA.But then again, it could be worth the suspense, and the climax, just to see the bewildered look on dazed faces as the truth finally dawns that the thing they thought was their strength was actually made up of "broken parts"!
I guess that is why they have, "algebra", from "al jabr"...look it up! Then enjoy the last few moments of blissful ignorance..
