The Following is a Conversation between Yours Truly and Mine Truly, concerning The One called Abba, Father:
For simplicity we will call the two Loki and Thor
Loki: Elder Brother dearest, we all know your famous temper, but surely, you have nothing but respect for The Living God? After all, He did you the singular honour to Claim You for Himself, and that makes you a very special person. Tell us, what is it that is so DESIRABLE about you that God Himself would do for you what He has done for no other living person?
Thor: He could have waited to be asked, but He did not, because He knew I would not ever ask Him for life, but He did present a very convincing argument,where He pointed out that every person, once born, can not just 'cease to exist', so I could either kill myself and go to the place where their 'torment does not end, nor their worm die', and that, regardless of my own feelings about life, what He did TO me on the day I did NOT get on a taxi and go home but chose to walk through the fields at night meant that I was DOOMED to live for ever anyway... meaning I was, from that time, an immortal...and Not by choice.
L: But surely, it has its benefits, and you get to stand before God at the end, the first person born in this world to do so, and anyway, you can mess around as much as you like and get away with it...provided you keep His commandments and "restore the pledge" for all the wrongs you have done, as well as always knowing what IS going to happen in the future... after all, all these things you do are, as you said, For God, not for yourself!
T:Let me disillusion you about my motives. God does NOT make something out of nothing, nor does He build where there is no foundation. I care nothing either for God or for people, and yes, I am what I am, but the fact is, I rejected not only life but God as well, so it was His choice to step in and wrestle with me since I could not have the thing that I want the most...The ONLY thing i want, which is NOT to exist. He was...kind... to me, and so I repay that kindness by doing Him a favour, for no reward, and that means I get to do whatever it takes to get HIS people to see that He is God, and at the end, I get my permanent exile from both...Remember The Holy Spirit said that, [Revelations] "...to him who overcomes I will give The Morning Star: He shall rule the nations with a rod of iron and dash them to pieces like a potter's vessel"? Well, I get a planet all to myself, Earth's nearest neighbour...or one of them, and that is Venus, and I will at least be rid of having the company of people.
L: But what about the girl? Do you not care about her? Careful, brother, you may lose the one you love by your statements. Surely it is time to unbend and just admit that there is something for that girl?
T: I am NOT an emotional person, except where it comes to ANGER for having my plans thwarted or spoiled, and I am not a warm person, because one has to care to be warm, and so I do not ...LOVE... her or anyone, but then, the only thing that would appeal to me is to be protective towards her... and sex... both of which she has denied me, so I suppose that if she does not want me to fill either gap, then she stays behind, but as to loving her, or anyone, or God, nuh! That is not in me.
